We are pleased to announce our annual HOA meeting for all Homeowners on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at the Dublin Center (685 Union Lake Rd) beginning at 6:30 pm. To date, the agenda will include the following topics:

1. Welcome to all plus introduction of HOA Board/Officers
2. White Lake Police representative Sgt Brad Connell introduction, with informative police/area updates (plus Q&A)
3. 2025 budget outcomes and proposed 2026 budget
4. HOA survey summary regarding EasyHOA website usage
5. Status of road/water sewer needs
6. HOA stop sign adherence and speed limits
7. Elections - Board of Director openings
8. Open questions / concerns from HOA owners

Your attendance and participation is very helpful in ensuring our HOA is meeting your needs, plus providing a great place to live and get to know our neighbors! So we hope to see you there!
